Summer Camp at Kuei Luck
Kuei Luck Enrichment Center Summer Day Camp is a K - 6 grade (Are your kids older? Click here for our 7-12 grade summer courses) summer day camp like no other. Our camp is both fun and enriching. Campers spend their mornings learning and preparing for the coming school year. Our academic classes are taught exclusively by licensed experienced teachers. Campers will be challenged on a daily basis to reach their fullest potential. Come fall, your children will be well ahead of their peers.                In the afternoon, campers participate in fun activities that will expand their horizons. Campers will have the option of choosing traditional activities such as sports and crafts; however, campers may also participate in enriching activities such as Robotics and Fencing. Campers will choose two activities of which they will alternate from (m/w and t/h). On Fridays, campers will have an exam in the morning and in the afternoon campers will have free-time, which consists of movie time, sports, arts and crafts and other activities.

Mornings In the mornings, Mondays through Thursdays, students will be learning math and English. These classes are taught by highly experienced licensed teachers. In addition to the licensed teacher, there are also 2 - 3 teaching assistants in the classroom helping your children. Our morning classes are capped at 25 and our writing classes are capped at 15. Friday mornings, campers will receive an assessment to see how much material has been retained. What will they learn? Before camp begins, each and every student (except campers starting Kindergarten in the fall) will take a placement test. With this placement test, campers will be separated according to their test. This is done to ensure that campers are placed into a class with similar abilities. That way teachers are able to cater the material that would best fit your child's academic strengths and weaknesses. Placement Exam Dates
Afternoons In the afternoons campers will enjoy the more traditional day camp activities. At the time of registration campers will choose two activities of which they will alternate from. Mondays and Wednesdays campers will participate in one activity. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they will participate in another activity. Activity List
Our Staff All Kuei Luck Enrichment Center staff are carefully selected. They undergo intensive training and background checks to ensure that your children are surrounded by only safe and qualified individuals. These areas include Fresh Meadows, Bayside, Oakland Gardens, Flushing, Forest Hills, and New Hyde Park. Transportation is provided by a third party bus company.
