Train. Lead. Grow.

Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is a unique leadership development experience for children ages 13-17. CITs gain hands-on experience in childhood education, classroom management, and youth leadership — all while building confidence, communication skills, and professional readiness.  This is an unpaid and voluntary junior counselor program. CITs do not take the place of camp counselors and do not perform the same duties as camp counselors. Instead, they work under direct supervision, learning through workshops, real-time mentorship, and immersive camp participation.
